| 1 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE TENNESSEE YMCA YOUTH LEGISLATURE |

| 3 | Section 1: Terms in this act shall be defined as follows: |
| 4 | Election - the elections for the state of Tennessee governor position |
| 5 | Personal monetary donations - These are any promises of money to a certain mission or project |
| 6 | that comes from money they have received in their own prior business adventures |
| 7 | |
| 8 | Section 2: All candidates in the election will be required to accept the salary |
| 9 | |
| 10 | Section 3: Candidates will not be able to pledge personal monetary donations as part of there |
| 11 | campaign |

| 13 | Section 4: All candidates to who break this clause will be removed from the running for the current |
| 14 | year of election |
| 15 | |
| 16 | Section 5: There will be no added money in order to enforce this bill |
| 17 | |
| 18 | Section 6: All laws or parts of laws in conflict with this are hereby repealed |
| 19 | |
| 20 | Section 7: This bill will take effect in the 2026 governor election |
